Weather data not good

Its a bad sign when a weather app doesnt match the weather from the source it supposedly is using. In this case, Hamweather is listed as the source, yet this app shows different weather than Hamweather. Its too bad, because the visual layout and design is very appealing.

I like it, but need something more

I love the way it looks, the sound effects are cool, too. Unfortunately there arent a lot of features, just that one screen with the full forecast. Maybe worth $0.99, not $1.99 though.

Wrong forecast

Weather is always off by as much as 20° sometimes.

I want to live it but I cant.

It doesnt update when you open it, so you see weather from 12 hours or a day ago. Its sure pretty though.

Pretty, but quirky

Nicely presents weather info. Uses the iPads screen space well, but doesnt automatically update and shows 24h time even though set to 12h.

Inaccurate

Granted its a pretty app. Unfortunately the information it provides doesnt match reputable weather sources. This app has advised me that that there would be no rain only to step outside and find a downpour. This has happened more than once! Fix the weather, save the app.

Awesome

This is clean

A good start

The layout is really nice and clean, but there are some rough edges. Should be able to swipe through favorites, for example. Also, speaking of faves, the list editing is really not at all intuitive.

Amazing

Have it on my iPhone 5 and iPad mini... Well done!!!.. Love it :)

A bit more work will make this perfect

I love the clean, simple design of this app. This clarity of design makes the app very functional and a pleasure to use. The problem, for me, is that it doesnt recognize my current location properly and there seems to be no way to correct that. Also, I think the app could benefit from some simple gesture enhancements. Tapping or double tapping to get to "all in one" mode would so much more efficient than having to go to a menus and select that mode. Great potential here if these are fixed.

Minimalistic

Just perfect. Only complaint I can think of is that the app sometimes has difficulties with slow 3G connections.

Not what I expected

Pretty good app for weather forecast. Just wish I could tell if the percent was for humity or for chance of precipitation.

beautiful but brutally slow

visually i really appreciate this app. it is minimalistic and lovely. interaction wise it could use a little more finessing. the vertical navigation is tap based and the horizontal is swipe. it doesnt differentiate between up and down swipes and taps, which is a little confusing. the real trouble with this app is the load times. i am in north america, so this could be a locality issue, but i generally have to wait about 5 seconds staring at a blank screen with a loader bar on it before i get the data. sometimes it gets my location, other time not. performance wise i have no other weather app that behaves this poorly. and weather is one of those things you really want instantaneously. all in all it is attractive but the performance makes it unusable. truthfully, with some development tweaking this could be a five star app.

Why no portrait mode?

Love the app on iPhone and almost love it on iPad. Why no portrait mode on iPad version? Its great to have a landscape mode as an option, but not as the only option. Add portrait mode and its an easy 5 star app.

CRASHES

This app has yet to open! Deleted and reinstalled 3 times. I hate hate hate spending money, even if it is $2 for a bad app.

Clean design, awesome app

Simple, looks great, easy to use, works perfectly - awesome little app.

Changing my review from 5 to 2

This used to be my favorite app. I loved everything about it. But the developers stopped caring about how this app works with updated software. It has become extremely buggy to the point where anytime I want to delete or add a city the app crashes. This app had everything I wanted in a weather station. I am sad to have to give it this review and hope they make some changes soon.

Easy way to see the week ahead

But thats it. The location name that appears is not necessarily your city, but the weather station in your area.
